Orders

You can place your order on line or by phone. The most convenient method is on line through our Web Store. You can place your order by telephone weekdays from the hours Monday - Friday 8-5, Saturday - Sunday 10-5 (PST) by calling (866) 972-2731. A Visual Edge representative will take your information.

Shipping, Processing & Handling

Visual Edge (VE) offers the best and most reliable shipping services in the United States. Every order is shipped with confidence and packed properly to eliminate damage during transit. We sreserve the right to hold or refuse to ship any domestic or international order it deems fraudulent. Delivery predictions are based upon best information available, but are without guarantee. VE specifically accepts no penalty for late shipments unless it has made a delivery guarantee in a prior-authorized writing.

We charge a "Processing & Handling" fee on transactions in order to help cover our warehousing, packaging, order processing and fulfilment. This fee is incorporated in our "Shipping" rates, which are calculated at Checkout based upon your order size.

Tracking your Order

An e-mail notification will be sent automatically after purchase has been made. A shipping confirmation will be sent on the day the item has been shipped and will include a tracking number.

Returns & Refunds

Visual Edge (VE) extends to each customer a quality satisfaction guarantee on every product we sell to be in good condition and free of defects upon delivery. Each item we sell has been built using the highest standards of crafsmanship and quality of parts.

Immediate product inspection is required on all items by customer with immediate reporting to VE. A visual inspection of all boxes and/or crates is strongly recommended prior to acceptance of goods. If a package is damaged in transit, customer should refuse it back to the carrier if possible. If customer receives a damaged package, customer should note on the carrier's Bill of Lading and/or delivery report the condition oft he shipment. Damaged shipments must be notified to VE within 5 days. Customer should also save the packing crates/boxes. Digital photos of damage are HIGHLY recommended. The Customer is responsible for informing the VE Customer Service Department of the specifics as to the damages at the time of delivery or upon delivery receipt, for crates and/or boxes that arrive damaged from a freight company. VE personnel will work to resolve any defects by providing a replacement or instructions as necessary.

In the unlikely event that is may be necessary to return an item, please contact us immediately to obtain a Return Authorization Number. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original condition, with all original boxing and packing materials. Products that are shipped to us incorrectly and are damaged from irresponsible packing, customer will not receive a refund. Money will be refunded once the package is received and its contents are verified in original condition. Refunds may take up to 30 days per transaction. Shipping charges are non refundable.

Visual Edge believes in providing our clients a safe and secure shopping experience. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption and authentication tools protect the security of your credit card information by rendering hte information unreadable should anyone try to intercept it. Please note that we cannot warrant or guarantee the security of any information you transmit to or from our web site, and you do so at your own risk.

To help ensure others will not have access to your credit card information while on visualedgesb.com, we recommend closing your browser window when you have finished your visit, especially if you are using a computer in a public place, or are sharing a computer with someone else.

Visual Edge uses its customers' personal ifnormation solely for hte purposes of facilitating a relationship with our company. We keep our customers informed about new products nad special promotions in our product line. It is not our policy to sell your information to other companies.
